Jahzara is African for "Blessed Princess" and she certainly has been blessed in so many ways. She is a very sweet, loving dog, who absolutely adores people as well as her growing list of doggy friends. From the moment we brought her home she settled into the dog pack easily and we quickly realized we had another special girl in our family.

I enjoy competing in agility so we were looking for an active dog that would fit in with our lifestyle and interests. When Amanda told me she had exactly what I was looking for in a black tri bitch from her new McMatt import I jumped at the opportunity and Jahzara came home to live with my husband and I and our two Australian Shepherd boys.

From the day I bought my puppy home she hit the ground running. Her nickname Squirrel (or Squizza as she is affectionately known) came about from her jumping and scurrying around. She was such an active puppy; if she wasn’t sleeping she was chasing the boys and jumping on them or thrashing a tug toy around in her mouth; which at the time was about twice her size.

Jahz puts 110% into everything she does and she constantly makes me laugh, her enthusiasm for life is so infectious. She is a naturally obedient dog and tries her hardest to please, which makes her so enjoyable to train. I use positive training methods and Jahz loves all kinds of toys, especially larger balls like footballs or soccer balls but her all time favourite activity or rather "obsession" is anything to do with water. She chases the water from the hose and launches herself into swimming pools, dams or the ocean with a spectacular dive. She will entertain herself for hours just swimming around in the water and talking to her self in a quiet squeaking tone that is also present when she’s highly excited about visitors arriving.

Jahz is intelligent; a very deep thinker and shows maturity well above her age when in work mode. She's quick to learn new skills and once taught she is very reliable. She truly is a pleasure to own and live with and I couldn’t imagine my life without her. Thank you so much Ben and Amanda, for trusting me with one of your special puppies.

27/1/2007	–	At exactly 18 months old Jahz earns a qualification in both Novice Jumping (1st place) and Novice Agility (4th place) in her very first competition
10/2/2007	–	Her first ADAA Competition: Elementary Agility – 1st Place Q Starters Jumping – 1st Place Q Intermediate Jumping – 1st Place Q
17/3/2007	–	Agility Dog (AD) & Jumping Dog (JD) titles in 3 straight competitions winning 5 of the 6 runs
25/3/2007	–	Australian Agility Dog (AAD) title with first place wins in both Starters and Elementary Agility
22/07/2007	–	Australian Agility Team Dog (AATD) title in three straight runs after 3 months out of agility competition.
01/10/2007	–	Senior Australian Agility Dog (SAAD) title with a 1st place win in Intermediate Jumping at the ADAA Grand Prix
20/10/2007	–	At Fraser Coast Jahz qualifies in all 5 of her runs for the following results: Open Jumping – 1st Place Open Agility – 1st Place Open Snooker – 1st Place Open Jumping – 1st Place Open Team – 3rd Place The two wins in Open Jumping also complete her Australian Jumping Dog (AJD) title with six 1st places and a 2nd place
17/11/2007	–	First International Agility card with a win in Advanced Jumping. She also qualifies in Gamblers (1st Place) and Open Agility (2nd Place)
1/12/07	–	Australian Agility Games Dog (AAGD) Title with a 1st place win in Open Snooker. Also qualifies in the Open team event.
8/3/2008	–	Jahz wins her second International Agility card with the following results: Advanced Jumping – 1st Place Q Open Jumping – 1st Place Q Open Agility – 1st Place Q
22/3/2008	–	Jahz places 2nd in the JWW game to earn her Masters Australian Agility Dog (MAAD) title and her Australian Agility Champion (AAC) title at only 2.5 years old.
23/3/08	-	Jahz wins Advanced Jumping (1st place) gaining her third International Agility Dog card
5/4/2008	-	Jahz takes out 1st place in Novice Gamblers to complete her Gamblers Dog (GD) title. Also takes 1st place in Strategic Pairs and 1st Place in Novice Snooker
12/4/2008	-	1st place in Excellent Agility and a qualifying score in Excellent Jumping gives Jahz her Jumping Dog Excellent (JDX) title
25/4/2008	-	Jahz wins Advanced Agility (1st Place) gaining her fourth International Agility Card
27/4/2008	-	Agility Dog Excellent (ADX) title at Lockyer Valley with the following results: Excellent Agility - 1st Place Excellent Agility - 1st Place
